All course registrations are non‑refundable. Once a participant has enrolled and secured a course date, payments cannot be returned.

We understand that schedules can change. Participants may reschedule their selected course date one time at no additional cost, provided the request is made before the original course start date. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to fees and availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details at checkout. If an incorrect email address is entered and the Zoom link or course materials are not received as a result, Canadian Diamond Academy is not liable for non‑delivery. If you believe you entered the wrong email, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue.
