“Canadian Diamond Academy” is a trade name of Angel Diamond Inc. Courses are provided for professional development purposes only and are not accredited vocational programs under the PCCA and do not confer any form of professional designation, certification, or licensing.

All course content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Angel Diamond Inc. assumes no liability for any loss, damages, or claims arising from the use or misuse of the training materials. Participation in the course constitutes acceptance of these terms. All matters relating to this course are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Intellectual Property

All original educational materials provided by Canadian Diamond Academy (“CDA”)—including text, diagrams, worksheets, graphics, course structure, and all instructional content—are the exclusive intellectual property of CDA and are protected by copyright.

Certain visual assets used within the course remain the property of their original owners and are not owned by CDA.

Students are granted a personal, non‑transferable license to access CDA’s educational materials solely for their own learning. Redistribution, reproduction, resale, or unauthorized teaching using CDA content or any third‑party assets is strictly prohibited.

CDA reserves all rights to its educational content, curriculum, branding, and proprietary training materials.
